B |          　　今年以来，全省公安机关继续深入开展“平安护航”专项行动，重拳打击突出违法犯罪，全力护航辽宁全面振兴新突破三年行动。6月24日至9月30日，公安部部署全国公安机关开展夏季治安打击整治行动，辽宁公安机关全警动员、全警参战，将“夏季行动”与“平安护航”专项行动统筹部署、一体推进，扎实做好防风险、保安全、护稳定、促发展各项工作。其间，全省违法犯罪警情环比下降2.14%，刑事案件破案率环比上升17.33%，全省社会治安大局持续平安稳定。         　　重拳打击违法犯罪活动。    Pop idol Rocky Martin has been hit with domestic abuse allegations, as a restraining order was filed against him on Friday, Puerto Rico police spokesman Axel Valencia told the press. D | 全省公安机关联合省邮政管理部门检查42个寄递分拨中心、56个寄递营业网点，整改安全隐患73处。联合省卫健部门检查全省二级以上医院86家，驱离“号贩子”“黄牛党”166人次，查处案件78件、治安拘留17人、刑拘12人。以推进“天网治爆”和“隐患清零”两大专项行动为载体，深入开展涉爆安全排查整治，严厉打击涉爆违法犯罪，三次组织全省烟花爆竹清缴统一行动，治安拘留708人，收缴违禁烟花16万箱。         　　绷紧公共安全这根弦，多举措对道路交通、治安场所、校园安全加强管理。各级交警部门聚焦城市、农村、高速“三个战场”，持续开展“酒驾醉驾整治”“城市道路和普通公路违法整治”统一行动，全省一般交通事故起数、死亡人数同比分别下降6.82%和15.94%。         　　全省公安机关还持续对旅馆业、娱乐场所等开展专项检查，强化风险评估和隐患排查，行动期间检查场所7万余家次、依法查处864家、整改问题5600余处，对发现的违法犯罪坚持露头就打，共侦破刑事案件117起、刑拘295人、治安处罚244人。秋季开学以来，全省公安机关持续深化“护校安园”专项行动，坚持“打、防、宣、建”同步推进，切实保障校园安全，查处涉校治安案件28起、抓获违法犯罪嫌疑人23名，排查整改校园内部安全隐患9500余处，排查整治治安乱点2300余处，指导开展校园安全演练1.6万余次。         　　据介绍，全省公安机关将以持续推进“平安护航”专项行动为牵动，继续加强政策供给、提升服务质效，更好守护群众幸福安宁。                   责任编辑：刘春阳。
