2026款MG5外观延续现款车型的设计，重点新增气泡橙与安第斯灰两款外观颜色。新车延续MG家族的“猎瞳”设计语言，中网造型夸张，蜂窝格栅加竖置镀铬饰条组成，两侧的导流槽和前唇更加激进。

二 | 熏黑前大灯组带有透镜，三角流线的造型与前发动机盖的线条，车身腰线形成很好的互动。

车身侧面，腰线流线动感，大尺寸的花瓣轮圈引人注目，新车还采用溜背的造型。

三 | 车型尺寸方面，新车长宽高分别为4715/1842/1473mm，轴距为2680mm，新车定位为一款紧凑型车。车辆尾部，尾灯的造型与头灯呼应，流线的造型，后包围的设计同样夸张，包括导流槽和双边排气，整体依旧动感。

内饰新增橙色与黑色的双拼色设计，同样延续现款车型的设计，引入256色氛围灯，可随音乐变色，并根据外部光线自适应调节亮度。

四 | 新车采用三幅式方向盘，悬浮式中控屏，可以实现双屏导航实时联动，隧道自动调光。新车还配备Hi-Fi高保真剧院级音响，40Hz低音炮+8扬声器。
